Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and refunds are permitted up until 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tournament. If you cancel your participation within 24 hours of the scheduled start time or do not show up for the tournament, you will forfeit the tournament fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but please note that late cancellations can create odd numbers at tournament tables. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
